A preview of the brand’s future offerings in our market

Surely, if you’re into cars, you know that the Philippine International Motor Show will return at World Trade Center in Pasay City. To be held from September 15 to 18, the 2022 iteration of the car show is coming back strong with no fewer than 13 automotive exhibitors. That, of course, includes Kia Philippines.

The centerpiece of the Kia booth is the EV6 electric car. Now, before you get too excited about this vehicle, let us tell you that the EV6 is just a preview model and not a launch product. Something to tease us as we wait for the Korean brand’s future offerings.

“We are poised to let our showgoers witness our cutting-edge lineup,” says Kia Philippines president Manny Aligada. “We also want to open a window to the future and share with the Filipino public our vision of what to expect from Kia in the coming years. We will do this by offering an immersion into the charging ecosystem of our EV6 electric vehicle, to demonstrate that it is packed with surprises and is more than just a car.”

The Kia booth features the so-called Interactive Motion Wall, which is described as “a digital art installation that is triggered by motion sensors.” Sounds interesting. Be sure to check it out at the show.

Aside from the EV6, Kia’s products sold in the local market will be displayed, including the Carnival, the Sorento, the Stonic, and the Soluto.

Kia customers who will visit 2022 PIMS can enjoy a “special promo” the brand has with Bank of the Philippine Islands.

See you there, guys!
