The start of this week marked a momentous occasion for Mitsubishi Motors Philippines. A turnover ceremony was held for the incoming president and CEO Ritsu Imaeda, who will be succeeding Takeshi Hara.

Hara served under this role for three years. During his time, the slogan “Life Made Better” was introduced, along with the “Taralets Pinas” campaign for local tourism. Meanwhile, the Triton was launched at the start of this year, while the dealer network grew to 67 stores as of the end of February.

Before Imaeda’s assignment here, he served in different regions overseas such as Europe (including Russia) and, most recently, Puerto Rico. With his leadership, we can expect MMPC to launch new models (such as the Xforce) as the company continues striving to make life better for Filipinos.
