The Mitsubishi Mirage G4 has a limited-edition Black Series variant

Once you go black, you can never go back

If you’ve been following Mitsubishi Motors Philippines‘ product lineup, you will know that the automaker offers most of its vehicles with a “Black Series” variant that boasts cosmetic upgrades that make the vehicle stand out.

Sure enough, the humble Mirage G4 sedan is the next to receive the treatment, but now, it’s a limited-edition variant rather than an addition to the model’s variants.

New to the Mirage G4 GLS Black Series is a front grille with red accents, black side mirrors, and blacked-out 16-inch alloy wheels. Pretty simple but thoughtful additions to spice up the exterior. The interior receives bigger upgrades, like blue ambient lighting in the floor and the center console, a trunk luggage tray, and a center armrest for more comfortable drives.

Otherwise, it’s still the same engine underneath, with the 1.2-liter in-line-three MIVEC engine mated to a CVT, pushing out 76.4hp and 100Nm. This being a limited-edition model, only 150 units will be produced—in two colors, Titanium Gray Metallic and Red Metallic. It will be priced at P899,000. We’re hoping that the Mirage gets the Ralliart treatment soon, like how its Strada and Montero Sport siblings just did.
