The all-new Hyundai Palisade exhibits an assertive presence through its design and dimensions. Vertical LED DRLs and a horizontal center light signature impart a wider stance while accentuating the grille.
Its overall length—longer by 2.5 inches with an increased wheelbase of 2.7 inches—with a stretched rear cabin and a shorter front overhang by 1.6 inches, clearly tells you that this is a considerably larger SUV.
The vertical rear lamp signature, meanwhile, keeps consistency with the front end while fusing nicely with the D-pillars.

Its increase in size means the interior is more capacious. Relaxation seats in the front and second rows give occupants more comfort (more degrees of recline and deployable upper-leg supports) during long journeys. Third-row seats have power-folding, sliding, and reclining mechanisms. Eight-passenger seating is standard.

Easily noticeable on the dashboard are a panoramic digital instrument cluster and a navigation system with dual 12.3-inch displays for essential info.
For those immersed in music, there’s a Bose 14-speaker surround-sound system, enlivening the vibe of the cabin.

Propelling the Palisade is either an ICE or a hybrid powertrain—a 3.5-liter V6 that delivers up to 287hp and 352Nm (both estimated), or a 2.5-liter turbo in-line-four with two electric motors that add up to 90hp for a combined total estimated output of up to 329hp and up to 460Nm (both estimated).
Will this vehicle reach our market? We sure hope so.
