Trimotors Technology Corporation has been appointed as the exclusive distributor of KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles in the Philippines.
In September 2025, we reported that Lucky MAPI—the then-current distributor of KTM and Husqvarna here—would not have its contract renewed beyond 2025. Lucky MAPI’s tenure was coming to an end after a period of uncertainty in the local market, and that KTM’s global shift toward a Bajaj-led strategy was expected to bring a new distributor into the picture.
The appointment adds KTM and Husqvarna to TTC’s existing portfolio, which includes Bajaj motorcycles and Chetak electric scooters. TTC has worked with Bajaj Auto Limited in the Philippines for the past decade, primarily distributing Bajaj three-wheelers. The company reports that more than 150,000 Bajaj tricycles are currently in operation nationwide, supported by its dealer and after-sales network.

Under the new arrangement, TTC will handle sales, distribution, and after-sales operations for KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles in the local market. The company is expected to introduce the brands’ upcoming 2026 model lineup in the country.
TTC president Raul Manglapus III stated that the partnership is part of the company’s broader objective to expand its mobility offerings in our territory. KTM and Husqvarna products will be made available through TTC’s existing dealer network, with further brand activities and product launches expected in the coming months.

The development formalizes the distributor transition previously indicated in industry reports, and marks the next phase of KTM and Husqvarna’s presence in the Philippine market.
TTC is the fifth Philippine company to distribute KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles. After the previous partnerships, could this be the happily-ever-after that customers have been waiting for?
