Chief operating officer Martin Madrid kicked off the event by unveiling the new bikes and sharing Lucky Mapi’s vision for the future.

Madrid revealed that the company had acquired the KTM distribution rights from Adventure Cycle Philippines, and was now focused on “house cleaning” and streamlining operations. This includes organizing motorcycle units, parts, and accessories, as well as prioritizing after-sales support and service.

“We’re working overtime to ensure that our parts and after-sales services meet world-class standards,” Madrid emphasized. “We’re committed to providing exceptional support to our customers and dealers.”

CRM, marketing, and dealer development head Daniel Abelarde took the stage to highlight the latest specs and updates of the new bike models.

Abelarde also shared that Lucky MAPI had carefully selected a limited number of dealers to partner with, including AVB MotorhubECG, and Norminring Motorbikes in Mindanao. These dealers were chosen for their dedication to the KTM brand and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Despite the short list, they are also currently evaluating new dealer applications nationwide.

In a significant departure from previous distribution strategies, Lucky MAPI announced that it would not sell KTM and Husqvarna through Motor Ace. Instead, the company will focus on distributing bikes to its carefully selected dealers, ensuring that customers receive structured support and service.

Lucky MAPI also revealed plans to host more community events for KTM and Husqvarna owners, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared passion among enthusiasts.

Demo units will be available at dealerships for customer test rides, while media representatives can access demo units directly from Lucky MAPI.

The company hinted at more exciting motorcycle launches later this year, including participation in major motorcycle events all throughout 2025.

Notably, The company announced that it would focus exclusively on big-displacement bikes, with no plans to sell small-displacement models like the KTM 200 Duke and the RC 390.
