Does anyone want their Mitsubishi Triton with a hint of black?

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines has just updated its pickup with a new look. After the initial launch, you’d need to go for the top-spec Athlete variant for black accents. But now, those have trickled down to the GX, GLX, and GLS variants.

The GLX variant has black wheels instead of silver ones.

The GX and the GLX have blacked-out door handles, side mirrors, and rear bumper, while the latter also gets black 18-inch wheels. The GLS cranks it up to 11 with these additional parts painted black: Dynamic Shield front fascia, fender arch moldings, and front under-garnish.

Although these updates are simply cosmetic, Mitsubishi states that these better communicate the essence of the Triton as a pickup “Born for the Grind.”
