The Lenten season is finally upon us, and with that comes the flow of people returning to their provinces to spend the Holy Week with their loved ones. If you’re headed toward Laguna and Batangas, you can now take a provincial bus from Araneta City to bring you directly to these destinations.

Here are the following bus operators with their schedules and fares:

Alps and GoldStar Transport (5:30am to 8:30pm)

  • San Juan, Batangas – P310
  • Batangas City – P230
  • Lipa City, Batangas – P176

HM Transport (7am to 5pm)

  • Calamba, Laguna – P117
  • Pansol, Laguna – P128
  • Los Baños, Laguna – P139
  • Sta. Cruz, Laguna – P198

As mandated by the LTFRB, all of these buses will be equipped with a QR code for passenger contact-tracing. These buses will be sanitized and disinfected during drop-off intervals, and drivers and staff will be regularly tested. Of course, you have to do your part, and you’re required to wear a face mask at all times.

There are also routes going to Pampanga and Bulacan if you’re headed up north, and there will be discounts for senior citizens, students and PWDs.
