UPDATE: The Holy Week coding suspension has now been expanded to include March 27 (Wednesday), according to MMDA.

Holy Week is upon us, and most of us have plans out of town for the long weekend ahead. For those seeking confirmation about driving on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority has announced that March 28-29 is free of coding restrictions.

Despite considering that the days leading up to Easter Sunday are national holidays, the Makati LGU has yet to make any declarations. However, the city will most likely follow suit following the festivities and gatherings nationwide.
