We all know that one of the most important events around the world is the New Year. And brands spend a fortune to connect with customers as they celebrate the occasion.

Which was exactly what Hyundai Motor Philippines did on New Year’s Eve. The Korean automaker partnered with Bonifacio Global City and Taguig City in welcoming 2025. Of course, a Hyundai car had to grab the limelight, and for this activity, that honor went to the Ioniq 5 N.

You are aware that the Ioniq 5 N is the topmost variant in the Ioniq 5 EV lineup, courtesy of the Hyundai N performance sub-brand.

Helping Hyundai ring in the New Year were Juan Karlos, Rico Blanco, Honne, and K-pop girl group Itzy. Making the affair more special—besides the fireworks (of course)—was a drone light show.

“We at HMPH are thrilled to have partnered with BGC once again to celebrate the New Year,” HMPH managing director Cecil Capacete said. “This celebration commemorated the eventful year that was. Looking ahead, we look forward to a fruitful 2025, which is why we have displayed our award-winning Ioniq 5 N at the heart of BGC, to serve as a symbol to carry the strong momentum of 2024 and accelerate to a better year ahead.”

If you missed the NYE party, you can still catch the electric Hyundai crossover SUV until January 12. The exact venue is the C1 Park at the Bonifacio High Street Central Square in BGC.
