The two crossover SUVs are also updated with new looks and MBUX

Mercedes-AMG has just updated the GLA 35 and the GLB 35 with new features. In addition to the 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol in-line-fours producing 306hp, the two high-performance SUVs now have a 48V belt-driven starter generator for a temporary boost of 13.41hp.

Aside from being turned into mild hybrids, the two vehicles now have the latest MBUX infotainment system. The German luxury car brand even boasts that it has mini-games to help drivers kill time while waiting for parking. As usual, there’s Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for wireless connectivity and USB ports for charging.

Customers have the choice between multi-spoke, 19-inch wheels or five-spoke, 20-inch wheels—both in matte black. There’s no shortage of options for the upholstery, too. The interior incorporates a mix of Artico artificial leather, Microcut microfiber, and open-pore lime wood.

So far, no price and release date have been given for the GLA35 and the GLB35. But after seeing the latest Mercedes-AMG SUVs, would you want Mercedes-Benz Philippines to bring them over?
