Maxus PH to release G50 compact MPV by 3rd quarter

The Chinese vehicle brand will target young families

Maxus Philippines, the local distributor of the Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturer, has issued these teaser photos of the G50, an eight-seater compact MPV that will be aimed at “young families and upwardly mobile professionals.” According to the firm that belongs to the AC Motors stable, this car is arriving in our market “by the third quarter of this year.”

If you find the exterior color to be attractive, it’s called Roland Purple—just one of several “fun colors” this urban transporter will reportedly come in.

The G50 is bound to join the bigger G10 MPV, the V80 van and the recently launched T60 pickup in Maxus’s product lineup in our territory. Specs and prices have not been made available; we’ll update you as soon as we receive them.

So, can you picture this vehicle parked in your garage?
