Honda PH crafts standardized estimation tool for after-sales services

This should eliminate unnecessary headaches in the repair process

Honda Cars Philippines has created a way to improve the experience of their customers by way of the Body and Paint Estimation Tool. Aligned with Japanese standards, this device will deliver accuracy and a more efficient way to compute the costs of repairs and repainting services across all Honda dealerships.

Owners will finally be able to do away with inaccurate estimations, as well as the lengthy back-and-forth negotiations (among other less-than-standard approaches). Along with this, HCPI will now use water-based paint to ensure safer application and—at the same time—lessen the impact on the environment.

Honda’s commitment to improving the customer’s experience is made more evident through the Paint Estimation Tool, which is the latest feature added to the brand’s roster of services. The goal, of course, is to provide the best service and after-sales care.
