Customer service can make or break the user experience. That’s why Honda Cars Philippines built a new training center and a parts warehouse at its headquarters in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
The former acts as the training grounds for technicians and sales agents to help them comply with HCPI’s standards. The latter is the result of a collaboration with Honda Logistics Philippines to make Honda genuine parts and accessories more accessible to dealers.
“We at Honda always want to put our best foot forward for our customers,” said HCPI president Rie Miyake. “This includes providing not only quality products, but quality service as well. By having a new, centralized training center with advanced amenities, we can provide better support for our dealer frontliners. This is just one step that we take to improve our processes as we strive to serve our customers better.”
