As many say, after-sales is where a company can make or break a relationship with a customer. With the influx of Chinese brands in the market, GWM Philippines wants to distinguish itself by offering an extended warranty to both owners-to-be and existing owners.
Effective right away, all GWM owners (including existing customers) will get a seven-year or 200,000km bumper-to-bumper warranty. By definition, this means that this covers most of the parts found in between the front and the rear bumpers.
This also extends to ICE vehicles, which now get a 10-year or 1,000,000km powertrain warranty. Hybrids, on the other hand, get an eight-year or 200,000km coverage for the electric motor and the hybrid battery.
This will apply to all existing and future GWM vehicles (nothing yet on the upcoming Ora 03 EV, however), which includes the Haval H6 HEV, the Haval Jolion HEV and DCT, the GWM Cannon, and the GWM Tank 300.
Is this enough to sway you over to try the brand out?
