Earlier this year, we got a preview of what Mazda Philippines has in store for both current and future owners who want to spice things up with their own vehicles—the introduction of AutoExe tuning parts.

We got a preview of what was to come last March, and now Mazda Philippines is introducing the AutoExe customization program at the Philippine International Motor Show.

Founded back in 1997 by Yojiro Terada (known as Japan’s Mr. Le Mans), AutoExe is a tuning shop that specializes in Mazdas. AutoExe has been present alongside Mazdaspeed, but its roots lie in Mazda’s attempts to win at Le Mans. Hence, it offers parts that are more than just simple cosmetic mods.

The brand itself aims to optimize a vehicle’s characteristics, with the goal to offer well-balanced performance that complements the jinba ittai driving experience in a car with functional parts.

In a nutshell, this program will allow owners to order their new vehicles with factory-installed parts. These aren’t fixed packages, as owners can cherry-pick which parts they want.

More importantly, all the parts will come with a one-year warranty, and for current owners who want to order, the three-year warranty will not be void when purchased and installed by any authorized Mazda dealership.
