The focus will be on the 3 and the CX-60

Mazda Philippines has had a relatively busy start to the year with new model launches and updates. One of them was the soft launch of the AutoExe brand of performance parts, headlined by a limited run of an MX-5 outfitted with parts from the Japanese tuning brand.

Now, the Japanese tuning outfit seems to have let the cat out of the bag for what Mazda Philippines will be showing off at this coming Philippine International Motor Show.

According to an official blog post, there will be two more AutoExe Edition models, specifically the 3 and the CX-60.

Details are still light on what these two will have over their vanilla counterparts. With the MX-5 AutoExe Edition packing mostly handling-oriented modifications, one could imagine these two cars will offer a similar package.

But what we saw at last year’s Mazda Fan Festa at Fuji Speedway gave us an idea of how the brand could transform these two vehicles, with such parts as aero kit and custom grilles, strut bars and bracing, coilovers, brake pads and rotors, and even custom exhausts. Hopefully, Mazda Philippines will introduce these additional parts as well.
