It will sport a Yamaha-developed audio system

Do you remember when Mitsubishi teased the XFC concept alongside a few others at this year’s Manila International Auto Show?

Well, hold onto your socks as the automaker is finally set to unveil the production-ready version of this subcompact SUV at the 30th Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show.

Brightening up the sole exterior image of its distinctive blade-like DRLs reveals a two-tiered headlight setup and a new interpretation of the brand’s Dynamic Shield front fascia.

With a name like Yamaha on the line, expect nothing but great audio from this car. PHOTOS FROM MITSUBISHI

The company is also emphasizing its aural experience with a newly developed audio system courtesy of Yamaha. It’s pegged to deliver a “premium, immersive sound experience,” so audiophiles will be in for a treat.

Not much else was mentioned, so we will have to wait for the vehicle’s full reveal on August 10. Are you excited for Mitsubishi’s return to the subcompact SUV market after the discontinuation of the ASX?
