Tesla Philippines couldn’t have chosen a more opportune time to shed light on its upcoming release. Given that gas prices continue to rise—and Holy Week is around the corner—the EV brand has given us a preview of the Model Y L.

The main selling point of this variant is its six-seater capacity. Whereas the Model Y can seat up to five people, the Model Y L has three rows with a 2+2+2 configuration.
Thanks to the extended length of 4,976mm and wheelbase of 3,040mm, you still get 420L of cargo space behind the third-row seats. This is expandable up to 2,539L with both rows down.

The Model Y L is all-wheel-drive with a maximum range of up to 681km. Other features include the electronic damping adaptive suspension and the Immersive Sound X audio system with 18 speakers and one subwoofer for a concert-like listening experience. All the seats are ventilated and power-adjustable.

The Tesla Model Y L has an indicative price of P2,849,000. Should you want better autopilot features, you can add P197,000 for Enhanced Autopilot, and P394,000 for Full Self-Driving Capability.
Interested customers won’t have to wait long since the estimated delivery is in the second quarter.
