Upgrade your Jeep Wrangler or Gladiator’s headlights to LED lamps

So that finding your way in the dark will be a lot easier

Have you ever lost something that magically reappears because of Mom? Of course, that is often followed by a gentle (or stern) sermon from her about how one should be looking with the eyes and not the mouth. Well, if you’re equally in the dark on the road as in your house, Jeep has the perfect remedy for that.

Gladiator and Wrangler owners can now upgrade their headlamps to LED units. These lights have a color temperature of 6,500-7,000K (Kelvin), which emits a bright-white beam. The included brackets and wiring harnesses are exactly designed for your Jeep, so there shouldn’t be any issues with compatibility.

Lastly, if you find yourself turning your vehicle into a wheeled submarine, the lamp housings are IP67-rated. That means they are resistant to dust and sand penetration, and are certified to function for at least 30 minutes while being submerged in water up to 1m deep.

This upgrade will set you back P49,000—not exactly cheap for brighter torches, if we’re honest. But if it means safer night drives (and less of Mom’s lengthy speeches), then these lights are definitely worth it.
