Honda Philippines, in partnership with ACTION, is now advocating for road safety through the Tamang Ride PH initiative. The movement aims to protect and educate children—as well as beginner drivers—in hopes of reducing traffic deaths by 2050.

ACTION (A Child’s Trust is Ours to Nurture) is an organization with a purpose to help Filipinos, especially the youth. Partnerships with government sectors (such as the DSWD) enables them to reach even the poorer segments of society.

The Honda Safety Driving Center facility in Parañaque City has placed the car brand at the forefront of promoting proper driving education and road safety. Together with ACTION, Honda emphasizes its dedication to this thrust through a P1,000,000 donation to fund the Tamang Ride PH app. The app aims to provide such materials as safety-related content and road-crash data, among others.

The app is set to launch in May 2025.
