Every year, 20 typhoons enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility. That’s why it’s important to always be prepared for natural disasters.

Hyundai Motor Philippines has just held the turnover for two additional H-100s to the Department of Social Welfare and Development field office.

The Hyundai H-100 is a light truck powered by a 2.5-liter diesel engine. Unlike the other models in HMPH’s lineup, this was designed to be a reliable and versatile workhorse, making it a good choice for disaster-relief operations.

“Last year, we donated two H-100 units to support DSWD’s disaster response and outreach operations,” said HMPH president Jiho Son. “And today, we continue to show our support through the additional units we will be handing over. This donation not only fortifies our partnership, but especially Hyundai Motor’s journey toward its vision, ‘Progress for Humanity.’ We are honored to be in partnership with DSWD, which continuously aims to uplift the lives of Filipinos.”
