FYI: Hyundai PH now has a new hotline

Vehicle owners also get to enjoy some benefits

To improve its customer service, Hyundai Motor Philippines has simplified its hotline with the Hyundai Contact Center. Now, there is only one number each for landline and mobile:

  • Landline: (02) 8868-8000
  • Mobile: (0917) 868-9000

Take note that these numbers are for sales and after-sales inquiries, as well as for roadside assistance.

Customers who get a new Hyundai vehicle also get to enjoy benefits, valid for one year upon purchase. Owners of the Palisade, the Ioniq 5, or the Ioniq 6 also get free roadside assistance for the same period.
