Despite its implied name, the Territory Sport doesn’t have blistering Mustang power as the 1.5-liter four-cylinder Ecoboost engine still produces 158hp and 248Nm, and is mated to a seven-speed wet-type dual-clutch transmission as in the regular model.
Instead, metallic black finishes were painted on the metallic garnishes, the grille, the door mirrors, and the wheels to signify a sporty look. Inside is a different story as plush-white materials appear on the dashboard, the center console, the seats, and the door trim with cyber orange stitching infused.
Its features are shared with the Titanium X such as the 12-inch infotainment screen, the eight-speaker system, and the safety feature suite.
The Territory Sport is now available for P1,625,000—P26,000 more than what it’s based on. Ford Philippines offers the Five-Star Care Package promo that includes a free scheduled service plan and roadside assistance on top of the five-year warranty exclusively for new buyers of the crossover only this month.
