Powered by cold chain logistics, it ensures every order is handled with precision

PharmaServ Express, the country’s leading cold chain specialist, just launched its new healthcare app. The company is reshaping healthcare delivery through a mix of digital coordination and two-wheeled mobility.

At the Manila House in BGC, the company gathered physicians, healthcare executives, and industry leaders to jump-start a defining moment in the healthcare industry that also relies on two-wheeled mobility.

Instead of relying on traditional four-wheeled vehicles, the service operates a fleet of over 100 Honda CUV e: electric scooters installed with a temperature-controlled box designed for sensitive medicines.

PharmaServ Express president Andrian Perez shares: “What we have built for healthcare institutions, we are now making available to every Filipino home. Providing logistics is one thing, but delivering world-class service to our fellowmen is another thing. This app is our answer to problems that have gone unaddressed for too long—long lines at the pharmacy, incomplete medicines, drug products losing their potency before they ever reach the patient. We curated a system that is able to deliver whenever and wherever patients need their medicines, so they can focus on what matters most: getting well.”

Currently, the app accepts GCash and InstaPay through QR Ph. PHOTOS BY MAKI AGANON

Through the app, users can order prescription medicines for immediate or scheduled delivery, with QR Ph payments. Prescriptions are sent directly to partner pharmacies and matched with available stock, cutting down wait times and uncertainty.

Doctors can also issue prescriptions within the platform, making the entire process more seamless. There is also an option to chat real-time with pharmacists on duty.

Their guiding idea is simple: “Alagang makakarating.” Almost arriving isn’t enough—especially when health is on the line.

Who would thought that advanced healthcare could lean on two wheels? Because when it comes to healthcare, speed and reliability aren’t optional—they’re critical.

PharmaServ Express operates two strategic facilities: its main operations center in Marikina City and a cold storage warehouse in Pasig City, both equipped with multiple temperature-controlled zones covering ambient and controlled room temperature.
