Were you inconvenienced by the new traffic scheme in Barangay Kapitolyo? Less than three days after its implementation, barangay captain Alex Torres made an announcement on Facebook.

People can now turn left going from Fairlane Street to the Santa Monica-Lawton Bridge from 6am to 10am. However, those coming from Brixton Street and Fairlane Street still can’t turn left to enter the barangay.

Take note that this scheme is still experimental. According to a Facebook comment by Torres, he will be meeting with the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority to further discuss how things can be improved.
