XPeng has been hinting at its launch in the Philippines for some time, following its success in other Southeast Asian countries. Strategically, it is set to be available in our market by the third quarter of 2026—assuming plans go smoothly. While a specific date for the entry has not yet been announced, it is anticipated to arrive by September at the latest.

The brand will be handled by its direct subsidiary, XPeng Philippines. The automaker aims to provide Filipinos with premium electric cars that are equipped with AI driving. Two smart EV models are part of its initial lineup, but the specific units are currently under wraps.

It has made a name for itself in the technology and automotive industries through its global AI capabilities and smart electric vehicles. XPeng is available in more than 60 countries worldwide, spanning Asia, Europe, Oceania, and Latin America. It has also established over 380 overseas stores and six key regional hubs.

The tech innovator revolutionized the game with the mass production of its humanoid robot (Iron), its flying car (Land Aircraft Carrier), and its Robotaxi that is equipped with autonomous driving. What makes the brand stand out is the in-house, full-stack development of its Turing chips, AI models, and other critical vehicle components.
