Back at the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show, Honda unveiled two new electric vehicles that would shape the 0 Series, as well as a new logo exclusive to future EV models. However, the Japanese car brand recently backtracked on its battery-powered plans, discontinuing production of the two concepts, the Acura RSX electric crossover and the Afeela 1.
However, the new badge and typeface will be featured on future vehicles, including the internal-combustion and hybrid models. Following this global corporate move, Honda Cars Philippines debuted the updated logo at the 10th Philippine International Motor Show with a display of electrified two- and four-wheelers.

HCPI went all-out with its e:HEV showcase, from the urban and rugged HR-V RS and CR-V RS AWD to the sporty and sleek Civic RS and Prelude. Also at the booth were two new electric motorcycles that will go on sale later this year.
As for the bikes, the UC3 scooter will be launched next month, while the WN7 naked bike will follow in September.

The transformation will gradually start through the brand’s car dealerships nationwide, adopting the minimalist logo and motif while integrating the new hospitality and service, aptly dubbed Omotenashi.
While we will miss the metallic ‘H’ and the bold red text, there’s no denying that Honda is fully committed to a sustainable future in the Philippine market.
