Nissan Philippines has just launched its ‘Nissan Assist’ app, which provides a complete customer service experience from pre-purchase to vehicle maintenance while connecting NPI, dealers, and customers in one environment.

Non-owners of Nissan vehicles can also benefit from this app as it allows them to research vehicle information, book a test drive, request a quote, or track vehicle sales orders.

Customers can now book appointments wirelessly, reducing the waiting time for service while also providing access to maintenance history. Other features include Roadside Assistance in case of emergencies, and updates on the latest news from Nissan.

Nissan Assist also has loyalty programs and exclusive deals where users can accumulate points used to redeem Nissan merchandise, services and offers.

“With Filipinos being no stranger to digital services, we know how important it is to adapt to their fast-paced and always-online lifestyles,” said Nissan Philippines president Juan Manuel Hoyos. “Nissan Assist furthers our commitment of improving the customer experience by bringing our services closer to them with just one click of their fingers. From pre-purchase research to after-sales service, we’re now even more accessible to our customers. We see digitization and electrification as two important elements that must go hand in hand, putting the customers at the heart of our business while also working toward electrified mobility.”

The Nissan Assist app is now available on the Google Play Store for Android users, and the App Store for iOS users.
