MG Motor Philippines has just added a new dealer to its network with the inauguration of MG Dumaguete in Negros Oriental.

The dealer is owned by the Gateway Group, and it features a showroom that can accommodate up to seven display vehicles, as well as a service area with two lifters and two working bays.

The sales team originally began operations in October 2022 as an extension of MG Cebu Talisay. However, as the demand grew and the team expanded, MG Dumaguete got its own showroom and service center in 2024. By August last year, the facility finally donned the new MG branding.

“The Gateway Group is proud to officially open MG Dumaguete, which represents the culmination of years of groundwork and growing customer trust in Negros Oriental,” said Gateway Group executive vice president Michael Goho. “We have seen strong and consistent demand in the area, and this full-fledged MG facility allows us to serve our customers better while supporting MG’s growth in Visayas.”
