Sony’s State of Play 2022 will be centered around ‘Gran Turismo 7’

Thirty minutes of virtual cars will be shown off

Fingers crossed that your favorite cars will be revealed in the livestream tomorrow. SCREENSHOT FROM GRAN TURISMO

With March 4 just around the corner, there are plenty of people who cannot contain their excitement around the next installment of the Gran Turismo series. It seems like Sony is cashing in on this, as its next “State of Play” event will be centered around the upcoming racing game rather than highlighting others that will also be released for the console soon.

There will be “over 30 minutes” of Gran Turismo 7 gameplay footage and details (recorded on a PlayStation 5, obviously) in the stream. So, if you are on the fence about preordering the game because a certain track, feature, or even vehicle might not make it in, now is your chance to find out. Dubbed as the “special Gran Turismo 7 edition of State of Play,” it will surely give gamers an in-depth look at what GT7 has in store for them this time around.

Here are the other times if you're reading this from another region. PHOTO FROM SONY

You can watch the stream as it goes live tomorrow at 6am (Philippine time) on PlayStation’s YouTube and Twitch channels. Have you secured a PS5 where the game was intended to be played on, or will you settle for the experience that your trusty old PS4 offers?
