After a two-year hiatus, AutoPerformance Motorsport has announced its return to the tracks for the upcoming Kalayaan Cup endurance race on June 15-16 at Clark International Speedway.
Its race-ready BMW M3 was unveiled at the Super Sprint clinic and open-track session last May 19, wearing a new, brighter livery adorning new sponsors aside from Aguila Glass and Brembo.

The two years off were due to a fire during testing, and AutoPerformance had to withdraw from the 2022 season. Driver Stefan Ramirez pointed out how “it was a long and painful process getting back to this point where we are ready to go endurance-racing again.”
Goodyear Philippines joins as official tire sponsor, fitting the M3 with a set of Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 tires. Kick-Start Coffee becomes the main sponsor of the racing team, now known as AutoPerformance Kick-Start Racing.

“Our goal is to demonstrate the exceptional performance, handling, and braking of these tires, and we believe that AutoPerformance Motorsport’s expertise in automotive performance and racing will help us achieve that,” said Goodyear Philippines general manager Peter Benjamin Gonzales.
Silca Coffee president Michael Asuncion professed his “huge passion for coffee and an equal passion for cars and racing. Kick-Start Coffee’s blends are crafted specifically to get you started for even the most challenging tasks, and there is perfect synergy between our values and those of the racing team.”

In addition to the signing ceremony, AutoPerformance also collaborated with Super Sprint and the Miss Possibilities Foundation for an autocross ride-along with their children.
“I am grateful to the people behind the Miss Possibilities Foundation and the great guys of Super Sprint for allowing us to share our passion for racing with the kids,” team principal and driver Francis Aguila remarked. “To see the big smiles on their faces was priceless.”
