If you’re into cycling (particularly the noncompetitive kind), you probably know Path Less Pedaled for content on bike touring and party-pace riding. Well, here’s your chance to meet the man in front of the camera. Russ Roca is currently in the country to visit family and document the local cycling scene.

He will be conducting “A Sketchy Ride,” a social event that combines chill cycling with urban sketching. The meetup starts at 7am at Tambay Cycling Hub in Kapitolyo, Pasig (near our office), and the ride will go to car-free Ayala Avenue, ending with a sketching/tambay session. Aside from this, Russ will also be featuring shops (such as Bikeary Bicycle Lifestyle and Built Cycles) and notable bicycles from the community.

While many people get into biking for leisure or sport, Russ started riding a bicycle because his car broke down, and he needed a way to get around Los Angeles. So, he started riding a bicycle and fell in love with bike-commuting. He even ran a photography business using his bicycles. Since then, he has gone on many adventures and travels, which he shares on his YouTube channel.
