MMDA to implement stop-and-go traffic scheme along EDSA-Shaw Northbound from February 7 to 10

To give way to delegates of 52nd SEAMEO Council Conference

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority will be deploying 685 personnel to implement a stop-and-go traffic scheme along EDSA-Shaw Northbound.

This is to make way for the delegates of the 52nd Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Council Conference to be held from February 7 to 10.

This must be quite the event with that many people on the ground, so expect traffic to be erratic in the area.
