To be in full swing by November 10, 2025

The most challenging part of a task, they say, is the last stretch. You know, tying the loose ends to ensure that the whole thing doesn’t ultimately crumble.

This might be true about the CAVITEX C5 Link, whose 2km, six-lane road called Segment 3B is nearing completion. This section impacts C5-Kaingin Road in Parañaque, and Moonwalk Access Road in Pasay.

Today, CAVITEX Infrastructure Corporation has announced that it will implement a new traffic scheme to expedite the consummation of the project. To be officially commenced on November 10, 2025—and expected to be done by December—the new traffic scheme will heavily affect both C5-Kaingin Road and Moonwalk Access Road, with travel times said to worsen by anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.

CIC claims that once finished, the project will reduce travel times “by up to 40 minutes” for “over 50,000 motorists.”

Would you endure a month of inconvenience for this promise?
