After-sales service is crucial for an automotive company, especially a multibrand distributor that has been in the business for 20 years now. United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI) has just opened the UAAGI Center for Technical Excellence in Valenzuela.

The 1,200sq-m facility will serve as a training hub to improve the standard of service across the company’s six brands: BAIC, Chery, Foton, Jetour, Lynk & Co, and Radar. With four specialized environments, it can accommodate up to 120 personnel.
The curriculum covers everything from the basics to high-level subjects such as powertrain systems, advanced electronics, and chassis and brake systems. Advanced hybrid and EV systems will also be taught, given the industry’s shift to electrified vehicles.

“The opening of this facility is a testament to UAAGI’s commitment to our business partners and our clientele,” said UAAGI chairman Rommel Sytin. “By investing in modern training and after-sales infrastructure, we are ensuring that our personnel are equipped to uphold the highest service standards. Our goal remains clear: to provide every customer across our brands with the reliable, responsive support that defines the UAAGI ownership experience.”
