The Toyota RAV4 HEV is coming to PH this February

This model will be the 5th hybrid in TMP’s lineup

Toyota Motor Philippines has been on a roll when it comes to electrifying its product lineup. It all started with the introduction of the Prius, followed by the more mainstream and accessible Corolla Altis Hybrid and Corolla Cross Hybrid. The trend then saw the launch of the Camry Hybrid last December.

For those looking at a hybrid crossover that’s a little more upscale than its Corolla Cross sibling, you’ll be pleased to know that the RAV4 HEV will be available in our market starting this February.

Details are still light on what engines and trims the Philippines will be receiving, but it’s said to be a self-charging hybrid vehicle (which rules out the plug-in hybrid RAV4 Prime). It is expected to be carrying advanced safety features (like the latest iteration of Toyota Safety Sense).

But we do know that the SRP of the vehicle will “start at P2,157,000,” which is a very competitive price for an electrified crossover. If you want one, reservations will start on January 17 at your nearest Toyota dealership.
