Another bit of exciting news for those excited about the refreshed Honda City Hatchback: Honda Cars Philippines has released its image price, which is P1,194,000. Do note that this figure could become cheaper, based on what the company has done in the past.

For reference, the current City Hatchback 1.5 RS CVT costs P1,153,000. Inflation aside, the additional P41,000 premium actually gets you quite a lot, such as the addition of the Honda Sensing advanced driver-assistance system, wireless Apple CarPlay support, revised cosmetics inside and out, and the option of a new color.

Other than that, expect only one variant to be introduced—the RS. It will still come with the 1.5-liter in-line-four VTEC engine (119hp and 145Nm) mated to a CVT, so no turbo or hybrid variant for our market.
