At this year’s Manila International Auto Show, Jetour Auto Philippines launched three new vehicles. While we had seen these models before, the carmaker offered different versions, now featuring its intelligent dual-motor hybrid technology.

First is the X70 Lightning i-DM. While looking almost the same as your average X70, this new model gets dual electric motors paired with the same 1.5-liter turbocharged engine.

This bumps power up and further improves fuel efficiency. Jetour claimed that a fully charged battery and a tank of fuel yield a driving range of up to 1,200km. It also comes with all the goodies you get from the standard X70.

The vehicle’s price is P1,648,000.

Then there’s the new T2 Lightning i-DM. Like the X70, this 4×2 SUV also has a dual-motor hybrid setup, capable of up to 1,000km of driving range. It also comes with a plush but tech-laden interior, as well as the latest creature comforts, safety systems, and advanced driver-aid features.

This sells for P2,488,000.

Another noticeable model is a kitted-out version of the T2 Lightning i-DM, called the Panda Edition. This goes for P2,888,000.

Jetour Auto Philippines continues to churn out interesting and advanced vehicles. No wonder we’re seeing a lot of them on our streets now.
