If there’s anyone who’s hit hardest by the rising fuel prices, it would have to be the transport sector. Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) is rolling out the KaBiyahe Rebate Program to help stabilize transport costs for essential goods and to support the economy.
From March 23 to May 22, qualified transport owners can receive toll rebates for NLEX, SCTEX, and CAVITEX (R1 Expressway and R1 Expressway Extension). The rollback will be based on the previous toll rates before the most recent adjustment.

The application period for PUBs and modernized jeepneys is from March 23 to April 5. Take note that any citation or traffic violation during the program period will render you ineligible.
Meanwhile, Class 1 Public Utility Jeepneys (PUJs) traversing the northern routes will continue to benefit from the PASSADA Program. On the other hand, the Abante Program will be reactivated for two months for CAVITEX, allowing PUJs to enjoy rolled-back toll rates.
You can download the application form of the KaBiyahe Rebate Program here. For more details, visit the Facebook page of MPTC or call its hotline at 1-35000.
