Toyota Motor Philippines is recalling several models due to defective fuel pumps. The problem lies within the plastic impeller which can soften from years of use leading to poor engine performance and reliability. The recently issued service bulletin affects the following vehicles with the corresponding production dates:
MODEL | PRODUCTION PERIOD |
FJ Cruiser | September 2, 2013 to June 3, 2015 |
Corolla Altis | December 25, 2017 to December 26, 2018 |
