This year’s Manila International Auto Show (MIAS 2026) comes at a critical time in Philippine motoring, with soaring fuel prices and economic uncertainty. Despite the challenging circumstances, the show will go on from April 9 to 12 at World Trade Center Metro Manila and Philippine Trade Training Center.

With the theme of “Powering Mobility,” MIAS 2026 will have 25 brands with a strong focus on the following:

  • Electric vehicles, new-energy vehicles, and charging infrastructure
  • Promoting sustainable outdoor lifestyles and local tourism with the Overland Experience Grounds Concept
  • New-energy commercial transport solutions at the Truck Pavilion

In addition to these, the MIAS Petron Custom Classic Car Competition will be held to showcase responsible car culture and celebrate Filipino craftsmanship in preserving classic automobiles. Bank of the Philippine Islands will also be present to provide event-exclusive offers that make electrified vehicle ownership more accessible.

“We understand the concerns many are facing today,” said Worldbex Services International managing director Jill Ang. “MIAS 2026 is being positioned not as a celebration detached from reality, but as a relevant and responsible platform that highlights how the automotive sector can adapt and contribute during challenging times.”
