The biggest challenge to the adoption of electric cars is said to be the lack of infrastructure. That’s why ACMobility is striving to set up charging stations nationwide with the latest one at Ayala Malls Manila Bay.
The charging station features three 22kW AC chargers compatible with Type 2 and GB/T ports. There is also one 120kW DC fast charger with CCS2 compatibility, and it can accommodate up to two electric cars.

ACMobility has also partnered with Evro to improve the charging experience. The app was developed by 917Ventures, and it helps users by locating the nearest charging hubs, displaying charger availability and compatibility and allowing for cashless transactions.
“As of July, we’re proud to say we have visibility of over 100 charging locations nationwide, which will be fully rolled out by the end of 2024,” said ACMobility CEO Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala. “We appreciate the unwavering support of our partners in Ayala, and others who share our passion for this, as we continue redefining mobility standards in the Philippines.”
Evro is available on the App Store and Google Play for iOS and Android users, respectively. Meanwhile, you can check the website of ACMobility to see its list of charging stations.
