There will be no races in April

Formula 1 has just confirmed that the 2026 Saudia Arabian Grand Prix and the 2026 Bahrain Grand Prix will not be held.

The two races were supposed to be held on April 12 and April 19, respectively. But with the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, the two events were cancelled due to safety concerns. This also applies to Formula 3, Formula 2, and F1 Academy.

Since there will be no substitute events, the next race after the 2026 Japanese Grand Prix on March 29 will be the 2026 Miami Grand Prix on May 3.
