Kung bibili ako ng EV, may spare parts ba?

The availability of spare parts is one of the biggest concerns when purchasing a vehicle, especially an electric one. That’s why VinFast Philippines partnered with DHL for a parts distribution center. The 3,975sq-m warehouse is located in Santa Rosa, Laguna, and it currently stores more than 80,000 vehicle parts.

The warehouse acts as the central hub for parts handling, inventory management, and nationwide distribution. A shared digital system allows VinFast dealers to seamlessly process orders. Once the parts arrive from Vietnam, the facility promises a 24-hour delivery turnaround time within Metro Manila. If you live outside of Luzon, don’t worry, as the facility also serves Visayas and Mindanao.

“Our globally acclaimed logistics and warehousing system isn’t just infrastructure—it’s a bold statement of our unwavering commitment to reliability, efficiency, and customer care beyond the point of sale,” said VinFast Southeast Asia CEO Antonio Zara. “The EV adoption in the Philippines is still in its infancy stage, and many interested Filipino drivers remain uncertain about aftermarket services for new-energy vehicles. That’s why we are leading with the most extensive parts and distribution system among EV brands in the Philippines today. We are building confidence in our offerings in the market for every mile ahead. Additionally, our extensive parts and distribution capabilities are a testament to our commitment to support our partners and dealers nationwide.”
