There’s also a new app for the hybrid vehicle

Chery Auto Philippines recently held “Chery Car Club Connect,” a meetup for Tiggo rEV owners at the UAAGI Center for Technical Excellence.

A total of 88 customers were toured around the facility, where they learned about the training of sales and after-sales personnel, as well as the robust logistical system of the multibrand distributor.

The highlight of the day was the activation of the Chery Smart Access app for the rEV. It allows owners to keep track of essential vehicle information and remotely control features—such as the air-conditioning—for greater comfort and convenience.

Although the brand calls the app as such, it appears that the actual name is CarLinko, based on this video and an admin’s comment from Chery Tiggo ReV Community Philippines. This is also the same app used by Omoda and Jaecoo (which are sub-brands of Chery).

“Events like the ‘Chery Car Club Connect’ reflect our ongoing commitment to building meaningful relationships with our customers,” said Chery Auto Philippines brand head Franz Decloedt. “These interactions allow us to better understand their needs and continuously enhance the ownership journey. We aim to ensure that every Chery customer experiences not only the innovation and the reliability of our vehicles, but also lasting confidence and peace of mind through responsive and dependable after-sales service.”
