The collaboration, which has seen two years of support in racing and a five-year overall brand association, aims for more engagement. Attendees included Shell Pilipinas executives: national sales manager Greg Moratin, marketing manager Janna Surposa, and key accounts manager Cai Gecana. Representing Ducati Philippines were ace racers TJ Alberto and Troy Alberto, with general manager for retail operations Rizzie Bengson and general manager for distribution AJ Maralit.

Racing champion TJ Alberto spoke about Shell’s products in competition. “When you’re racing bikes, with Shell, you feel consistent oil that can withstand heat,” he stated. He emphasized how racing—especially on the last lap—shows a product’s reliability and performance. “Oil can influence horsepower, shifting, engine temperature, and clutch, and all those things combined create better results. It allows us to be always fast.”

His brother, Troy Alberto, shared similar thoughts, stressing the “assurance in their mind to use the best.” He highlighted Shell’s motorsports history, especially its link with MotoGP and Ferrari, with over 100 MotoGP wins. “It lets you win,” Troy said.

Shell executives expressed pride and excitement in the partnership. After five years as a brand and two years in racing, they anticipate more ventures. Plans include a Scrambler Track Day and more presence at races. Shell also revealed plans for big-bike flagship service centers in the future, supporting the motorcycle community.
