During the pandemic, we clearly remember when fuel prices were soaring from week to week. Given that we did all the errands for the whole family then, we had to somehow also manage the fuel budget among other things.

Being SEAOIL customers for several years now (as we can attest to the quality of its fuel products), we came across the PriceLOCQ app in a timely manner. It managed to save us some moolah for other things that mattered.

For those who aren’t familiar, PriceLOCQ is a mobile service app that enables you to purchase fuel at a fixed price through its LOCQPay feature, securing you a fuel balance of up to 600L which can be redeemed whenever refueling at participating SEAOIL stations. In short, the service protects users from changes in fuel prices, and potentially helps save money. Pretty neat, isn’t it?

Currently, SEAOIL has a VIP rewards program (register through PriceLOCQ) that gives back more to its loyal patrons. As of April 21st, Seaoil has initiated a VIP Smiles Campaign dubbed “Todo Tipid, Todo Panalo sa SEAOIL VIP!”

VIP members get a chance to win handsome prizes. These include 15 PriceLOCQ vouchers worth P2,000 each, 15 45L motorcycle topboxes, 15 grocery package vouchers, nine appliance vouchers worth P10,000 each, and three Xiaomi Pad 6 tablets.

How to join? Easy. Become a SEAOIL VIP member. Even better if you have a PriceLOCQ account, as you can become a VIP member via the app. Pay for SEAOIL fuels, lubricants and Lubeserv services using cash, card, Maya, GCash or PriceLOCQ at SEAOIL VIP-activated stations until July 13, 2025, to qualify. Remember, you must be 18 years old and above with a valid Philippine driver’s license to participate.

For non-PriceLOCQ (or cash) transactions, entries can be had with a minimum purchase of anywhere between P100 (with SEAOIL lubricants or SEAGAS LPG) and P200 (with SEAOIL fuels). The advantage of using LOCQPAY is that it doubles up on your entries (purchases between P50 and P100), so it would be wiser to get a PriceLOCQ account if you haven’t joined the party yet.

Entries are hassle-free as each transaction reaching the minimum required purchase automatically enters you into the contest.

Raffle draws are scheduled for May 21 (first draw), June 23 (second draw), and finally July 15 (grand draw). Winners will be notified via text messaging, e-mail, and registered mail. In claiming the prizes, only the actual winners are allowed to claim said prizes.
