At the end of last year, GAC Philippines gave a preview of the M6 Pro. Today, the Chinese brand just launched its seven-seater MPV in our market, designed for moving Filipino families as well as transporting cargo for businesses.

The M6 Pro is 4,793mm long, 1,837mm wide, and 1,730mm. It has a wheelbase of 2,810mm with a 2-2-3 seating configuration. And with the third-row seats folded, the cargo capacity increases from 324L to 1,100L.

Propelling this people mover is a 1.5-liter turbo gasoline engine with 174hp and 270Nm. Power is delivered to the front wheels via a seven-speed wet-type dual-clutch transmission.

Standard are a seven-inch LCD instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Baidu CarLife.

With the higher-end GL variant, you get 18-inch wheels, LED headlights, leather seats, and advanced features such as adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, autonomous emergency braking, and traffic jam assist.

The GAC M6 Pro is available in two variants: The GS goes for P1,230,000, while the GL costs P1,598,000.

Meanwhile, the available colors are:

• Peacock Blue
• Elegant Black

As with all brand-new GAC vehicles, customers get a five-year or 150,000km warranty (whichever comes first).
